About SSHE

Systems Strengthening for Health and Education (SSHE) is a Zambian-led, nationally registered non-governmental organization and an emerging Pan-African technical and advocacy institution dedicated to strengthening social service delivery systems across health, education, climate resilience, environmental health, and community
development sectors.

 

Established in 2019, SSHE was founded to address systemic weaknesses that limit equitable access to quality services and sustainable development outcomes. The organization operates through integrated, multisectoral, and evidence-driven approaches that strengthen governance, institutional capacity, workforce development, and community participation.
SSHE supports national and continental development priorities through strategic
partnerships with governments, development partners, civil society, academia, and
communities.
